5. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted only within 7 days of deliveryand must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Products not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
- Non-returnable products include earphones/headphones once opened, customized or special-order products, and clearance items.
- Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
6. Warranty & After-Sales Support
- Products sold by The Clarity Group are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
- Warranty terms vary by brand and product. Please refer to the warranty card included with your purchase.
- We will assist with warranty claims but are not liable for delays or outcomes beyond our control.
